Good morning! Hope y'all are having a wonderful Thursday morning. So my question today is about suppressing emotions. What emotions do you rarely express around others? And when did you first start hiding these emotions?
I'm going to say anger. It takes a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot to get me angry. In the past, I've noticed I laugh. I laugh a lot when I'm angry. Like my exes be like, oh shit, what did I do? Why are you laughing? I remember when I was being bullied, I blanked out at the fight that I had in high school. Like I had to ask people what happened.
