So the way I look at it, right, is when we look at the story of creation it says that God took the man that he had formed and put him in the Garden of Eden. So my thing was is that God didn't create man already in the garden, he created man from outside and put a specific man inside the garden, right, and there were some that were created outside of the garden. Not every person, not every man that God made was put in the garden to dress and till it, it was only Adam.
