I think this is hilarious. I don't know what's going on with Biden, you know, it's I guess it's age or he needs to just slow down a little bit, just slow down and then we can understand him. Who knows? But you know public speaking is difficult. Sometimes you get nervous and you say words you don't mean and you know you said them wrong but you just keep on going. But I guess not when you're the president.

I hate to stop you right there on your difficult speech, but there's no president in the whole United States of America, as long as I've been alive or any of my other people have been alive, to ever known a president to be like, No, I ain't never heard a president talk out of his head other than Joe Biden.
