I only want people to reply who listen to metal, so what is the best subgenre of metal music?

Thrash or traditional heavy

For me it's death metal I just find that it has the most variety out of all the course of genres like you can go from listening to mellow death all the way to brutal death metal and slam and still be within that same genre and like 90% of the time that's the genre I'm listening to but my second favourite is probably surprisingly power metal
