Hey, party people. It's Dr. Dionne and happy hump day. You know, Wednesdays always make me reflect on the importance of being resilient because there are two days of the business week that are behind us and then after today, there are two days in front of us. And so, you know, I think about the fact that sometimes on Wednesdays, I reflect back to what I haven't accomplished or what challenges I faced and what's going to cost me to not finish the week strong. So it gives me the opportunity to course correct. That's what resilience is. It's the ability to bounce back stronger after facing adversity and learning from those challenges of the week and using them as opportunities for growth. So think about resilience and understand that it's a muscle that you can strengthen with practice and intentional mindset shifts. Are you resilient?
