Hey Stereo and my beautiful Stereo family. Hey listen, I know I do this for a lot of people, even my own family, and I gotta do better. When I have these moments where I'm like, I just gotta focus. I'm filling my own cup or need to work on my emotions to make sure I don't pull nobody else's vibe down. I definitely run off into my shell and hibernate and take care of me. But when I come back out, I come back out that bitch lit. So here's my question. Does anybody else experience this? Do you feel like it's a bad habit? Do you take time days away? I know I'm talking about I don't get on social media, I don't get on the phone. I just be wrapped up in me and the energy I have left for my children. Who else is experiencing something like this? And when they come back after hibernation, I'm a brand new motherfucking woman. You feel me? That's me, all the way. Drop your comments. Let's go.
Yeah, I don't get to disappear from my family, right? That's why I said I saved my energy for them. That's all the energy I might have left. But I'll disappear from social media. I'll disappear from answering my phone. I'll disappear from going out all the time. Disappear from stereo. Definitely disappear from stereo sometimes. So, you know, can't disappear from the family for sure. And I have four kids and a husband, so I totally get that sentiment. I wish I could sometimes run away and just, like...
You know like I think all mothers wish we could just run away but you know my husband lets me take my moments you know if I just want to sit in the car eat my snacks and not share them he allows me to or he has these things where he'll protect me from the kids sometimes right and he's like uh-uh mommy is taking a break and he goes and he keeps them away from me just for a little bit so I don't mentally break down so yeah I'm here with you on that.
Hey Tammy, I definitely agree with you. I am exactly the same way. I can be on social media but then I need to leave. I need some time away. It can be maybe three days, four days, maybe just two. But I definitely need it to re-amp and recharge. I am highly sensitive so, you know, feeling energies, feeling drained isn't always fun.
I think it's a great thing and I think that everyone should take time off social media, you know, just enjoy life, you know, doing things you like, spending time with families, creating memories. I think these are like the best things that we can do for ourselves.
I just can see myself all the time, 24-7, on social media. I think it would really drive me crazy. I love to go outside, you know, in nature, near water, you know, in open of, like, trees and beautiful sceneries. Like, these are the things that make me feel re-energized and feel good, you know, planting your feet. It really feels amazing.
