I would say breathing exercises work for me. Slow inhales and exhales help me to like really just slow down my thoughts and feelings and decompress in a short time.
For me, I work out, write down my thoughts, you know, eating right. And recently I've just been going to the beach early in the morning and meditating. It should be very calming and relaxing for real.
