Literally just before you feel a hiccup coming, like as soon as it's about to come up, hold your breath as hard as you can, and do not let that good breath go, and it should sort of get rid of them. Keep on doing that until it does what it should do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If not, you could try and do something like handstand, hold your breath. That apparently works, but you know, never worked for me.
