This might be funny, but this is what I do for my damn self. I allow myself no more than five minutes to go ahead and vent, cry, stomp it out, cry it out. But when you are a mother, a wife, you got to work, you got a job, you can't stay in this space. You ain't never get shit done. Vent that shit out. Exercise that shit out. Create that shit out. But do not stay in that shit. I love this post. Like, seriously, because it's me.

Hey, this is true, this is true, but in general, I don't like being in that, in that mood. So I snap out pretty quick because being in that mood doesn't feel good, but yep, five minutes.
