Shit, I turned into somebody's grandma, don't call me back baby, I'mma, I'mma cut my ringer on and I'mma take me a nap, so uh, I'll talk to you later now, this depression epiphany is so good baby, oh man, definitely use that for everything, everyday, uh, it's a good way to shut the fuck up and just go to sleep and let it rest.

Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, I call them, I don't really call them depressions naps. I didn't know depression naps was a thing. I used to just call them resets, right? Do you remember when you were a kid and your mama was like, you just go take a nap, right? Because you just need to reset. When I get to the point where I just can't control it or I'm not able to function, hell yeah, I go take me a reset nap in a motherfucking heartbeat.

No, I don't like taking depression naps at all, because when I wake up, I feel real groggy and just discombobulated. So yeah, I try to just keep busy and snap out, which usually helps.

Okay, another message real quick. I do believe that weed does help for depression for some people, but I haven't tried it for depression. I'm good. I just rather, I mean, I'd rather use weed, well actually I don't smoke weed anymore, but I do take edibles. I do do edibles and that usually just slows me and chills me out. So that on top of being depressed isn't gonna work for me.

I do take depression naps, but I find it a lot more productive if I create something whether it be like a poster, or a tiktok, or something like that, creative energy seems to take me out of that a little quicker than a nap, because that was productive. Much love, let's go.
