I'll be honest, I've never heard the phrase a dark empath or a light empath. And I would say, is that a thing? I mean, empath is a person attuned to the feelings and emotions of others. Why does it have to be light or dark?

I haven't heard this phrase either. I've heard some other people say that. And honestly, I mean, dark is your shadow aspect that we need to heal and love unconditionally, just like our light as well so maybe they're just the balanced.
