So a man in Florida was caught trying to assemble a stolen electric scooter in front of the Target he was accused of stealing it from. The man walked past cashiers and out the front door of Target without paying for the scooter that cost about $540 and instead of fleeing he stopped on the sidewalk in front of the store and began assembling the scooter but a responding deputy caught the man mid-act and gave him a ride to jail.
Supposedly, Florida Press has access to the details of every single crime, unlike most other states, but I don't know. I don't buy it. I think Florida's just crazy.
