So I came across this video of a man who was displayed to have an infectious disease called rabies. Rabies is a deadly virus spread to people from saliva of infected animals. The rabies is usually transmitted through a ****. Animals that are most likely to transmit rabies are foxes, raccoons, skunks, and even bats. After being bitten, you will have flu-like symptoms like fever, headache, vomiting, difficulty swallowing, and even excessive salivation. The reason I wanted to share this video is because I noted one symptom that stood out the most during the display of rabies, and that is something called hydrophobia, which is fear brought on by drinking fluids or difficulty swallowing water.
