okay so it's not a workout but it's what i do to lose the fat that i have it is a mile or two mile walk on the treadmill at 3.5 to 3.8 like at that speed nothing lifted like nothing like that like that is what i do and it works it works other than eating healthy like that's all you need to do
Trust me, I hate it too, but it has helped me so much, and it like, doesn't remove my muscle. And that's what a lot of bodybuilders do when they're coming out of like, um, bulk season. Like, we will cut and we do that kind of cardio. Trust me, it sucks the first time you like, do it, but after that it's fucking great. I fucking love doing it. It feels great after a workout. I recommend doing it after a workout and then posing. That's what I do.
