So this is part five on steps to self-improvement don't feel ashamed feel motivated As you can see here in this photo not sure if you can tell or not But I have a skin condition that's kind of spread almost all over my body that um, I forgot what the doctors call it something rosea and um it basically Pops up as these little how do I say? It's hard to describe but like little skin blotches here and there on my body and it has this like kind of scabby nature To it. It's not contagious or anything but It kind of brings my confidence down Especially when i'm trying to build my physique because my physique is covered in all these little spots, you know but Instead of letting it get me down I decided you know what? I'm going to embrace it and if I can change it I will You know So I decided to continue, you know with my physique building my fitness, even though i'm a little skinny um, but i'm continuing on this journey, you know, I can't give up because of One little blotch or something that doesn't look right on my body, you know Um, i'm even doing something to improve it. I'm putting on tea tree oil on my body and that's definitely helping, you know but Yeah, whatever Defect or you feel like you have a defect on your body, whatever it is Whatever the case you may be out of shape. You may feel too skinny. You may feel too overweight, whatever right? If you can change it then do it But if it's something permanent then embrace it and make it part of your make it a part of your aesthetic Don't go to the point where you're just you know shaming yourself to the point where you don't feel good enough for anything like, you know, just like Embrace who you who you built to be if you feel me, so yeah
It's actually part 4, but I'm going to make another one that's going to be part, like a part 4-ish 5, I guess I'm going to label it part 4, because I labeled this one part 5 for some reason, my mistake.
