Grand Rising, DJ Upgrade, shout out to you and the soundbites. So in the state I live in, every lane follows the same speed limit, as the road says. Police here will literally ticket you if you are in the far left lane and going faster than the speed limit, and it's a hefty ticket. So yeah.
