Otherwise, people will demand more and more of your time and energy. And let's face it, those people will never be satisfied. They'll always be like the kid who wants more candy, even though they've already had enough. They'll never realize how demanding they are and how they're sucking your energy like a vampire. So, be wise on social media and choose who you follow and interact with. You can either find people who inspire you or people who drain you. Trust me, you don't need any more energy-sucking vampires in your life.
If you're looking for the toxicity, I guess I would say it's going to be there for you. But if you're not looking for it, it's not going to be around you.
I think it's all about your perspective and who you align yourself with, how you curate your feed, that kind of stuff. Again, it's the power of perspective. I don't think it's too toxic, but I curate all my stuff.
