I guess it depends on each situation and circumstance but in my opinion I think that a person should argue it still just to clarify just kind of point out that no they totally misunderstood what you said that's not what you meant and this is what you meant and just clarify it if after that point they still are just kind of not getting it then digress
And I guess I think this way because I'm kind of a repeat offender of this, if you will. Like, I guess sometimes I can be a little bit slow or just kind of like thinking just totally different. So I would like to be met with grace and for somebody to kind of take the time to just further explain and just break it down a bit more for me. So that's why I have that opinion.
I see. That's kind of an encouragement for me to kind of give a chance to argue with someone that misunderstands what I'm saying, but I think it does take someone to really meet that person with grace and be very, very slow.
No I also depends on who you're arguing with if you're saying nice to talk about our conversation one on one if it's someone that you love and you care about and yeah you should continue to make your point across but if it's someone that you don't care about and it's a stranger you're never gonna see them again and you don't you know you've tried your hardest to get your point across and they just don't wanna hear it that's fine then just let it go I would say it's better for your own peace to let it go if that's the case
I think in the contacts of a stereo talk yes I will continue to argue your statement because I'm let's say this person that misconstrued what you're saying some of the audience can you know misconstrue it as well so it's not only the person that you're talking to maybe some of the audience misconstrued what you're saying as well so I would say to get your point across effectively I would keep saying it
