What's going on? These are five examples of anxiety. When you're nervous, when you panic or worried, when your heart rate starts to exceed, when you start sweating out of nowhere, or you just start to feel uneasy. No alarm for me anxiety comes from a place of fear so the first things I try to recognize what fear am I having if I don't know if I see that I'm in the safe I miss you I really sure myself and tell myself you're saying if you're OK and usually my anxiety goes away shut out to the soundbite
