I think fitness is hard because first of all the body can fluctuate because of external factors and not just because of exercise and what we eat. Second, having an adult life and still having to commit to the gym and eating healthy when you are busy out all the time. And sometimes you don't have time to prep your own meals and you have to rely on whatever's outside. Also, depending on the activities that you do, it can get expensive. Yeah, I think those are the reasons why I think fitness is hard. But I also think it can be easier. I might get my reasons in a different sound ****.
It's hard it's hard to stay motivated that's the biggest thing for me like so many days I don't want to go to time but I just have to push myself and then once I'm there it's like fine but getting there is the hardest thing for me
No I don't think it's that hard to be honest but we just for a few just starting it is but you just need discipline I'm like stick to your diet and go to the gym at least three times a week
I think fitness can be hard mentally for some people, but that's only be, that's possible because they're looking at the negative people that are showing the negative things of fitness and health.
The gym and nutrition, it's not just to like, you know, make you feel bad. It's supposed to like help you. And I think some social media has ruined it.
Believe that if you really want it, you can do it, you know? Um, I don't think there's like a limit to what a person can do. where you can do what I can do, so.
Fitness is really hard for me. I have a blood condition that makes me tired all the time no matter what I do. So working out is like it's really hard but um but It's definitely important, so I'm trying to be better.
