So I have a bombast tea that I make with my own herbal blend mix. Oof, sets me bright, sets me good, nervous system feeling chill in the way it should. And then I set some incense or essential oils, I get some aromatherapy going. It's really about for me like a connecting to my senses to get maybe more present and into my body. So setting the vibe is important for me. for me. So those are my top two favorite things.
And then playing some tunes. Really good tunes and vibes, getting that going, maybe setting up my LED lights. Right? It's all about the vibe. It's all about the vibe. Or if I'm, you know, needing to get things off of my chest, then I'll write, write music, write poetry, journal. Go outside. Yeah, I mean, okay, okay. Yeah, yeah, go outside, chill, hug a tree. I will hug a motherfucking tree. Don't play. Those are my favorite things to do.

When I'm in a bad mood or having a bad day, the one thing that consistently boosts my mood would have to be singing or dancing. Just letting all that energy flow out of my body and all that. This is amazing and it makes me feel better.
