But I just want to add to the comment is I see now my PTSD as strength because as the quote says, it means that I have survived and that I am surviving. So PTSD is not a death sentence. It is an awareness and it is a promise of healing.
Thank you, Dreamy. Much love to you, Gorgeous. Yes, so I do have the diagnosis of PTSD and it unfortunately has been used against me as a weapon by people who have abused me in my life. And, you know, it did hurt in the moment when they did that to me and I didn't have a proper understanding of my diagnosis, but now I do and I see it as a form of strength.
