Hey hon what I do is fest pray and meditate and that helps keep me positively balance I avoid all negativity at all calls when I see that someone is toxic avoid them like the plague And just stay in a positive my friend think of things that are positive yes
So whenever I'm feeling anxious, I throw myself into activities that I love such as cooking, reading, painting, you get the idea. And it has helped so much. Even though it's a short while activity, long term wise, it just feels great to do something that I love doing. And it helps me realign and refocus on what really matters. So I hope that helps. Text Rosati RC read as well I'm trying to do now cause I'm like I'll be like at my thing is I'll be over thinking like a lot like costly I do I'm just a cost to overthink right and I'm like movies don't really have like I'm just trying to distract myself and movies not really hope I get exercise and reading because like reading is so engaging like it has a strikes the perfect bars a tween engaging and I guess like, entertaining
Breathe in, breathe out, meditate, so what's the word? center yourself, focus on yourself, not your surroundings and make sure that you are in in touch with your inner emotions, period.
I'll go with people with a negative mind frame as well, you know. Um, yeah. I too, gonna meditate. Some people, avoidance is necessary and if you can't, you gotta have a good night. Um, how do you handle that, Dreamy? How do you handle it when you cannot avoid the person being negative with you? You can't hang up the phone. If they're in your house, you can kick them out, right? No, I'm just kidding. They're not in my house. in my house, I'm just throwing out the scenario.
So what helps me with my anxiety is looking at different things like the mini paintings on my walls reading books drinking hot tea and taking cold showers going on nature walks doing breathing breathing exercises going to my partner and talking it out Cuddling
This breathwork exercise will help you get into your parasympathetic nervous system and make you feel more relaxed and at ease. Really what we're gonna do is inhale for four counts, hold for about five counts and exhale longer for seven counts. That part is most important. Longer exhales, okay? So let's go.
