I do not really fast. I could do better, but apparently super, super good for you. So, I should do that once in a while.

Yeah, fasting is definitely something natural that we should be doing, especially all the stuff we put in our body. We gotta let our body chill out, and we don't end up doing that, and then to put all these diseases and whatnot from overeating.

Yeah, I got a friend, the certified health nut, he's on TikTok and on Instagram and he's a big advocate of fasting. I think he does it like one day, I think three days a month he fasts, something like that. But he's big on like the three day and then sometimes a seven day, but you know, he guides you through what you should be consuming during the fast.

Pretty sure I'm sort of involuntarily intermittent fasting because I tend to eat one maybe two meals a day and they tend to be close to each other so there's a long time where I'm not eating. Otherwise, I, when working out, will eat 4 to 6 thousand calories a day and I did try a two week period of top 1500 calories and good God that gave results. It was a nightmare, but it gave results.
