until recently I didn't take melatonin but now I do and I think it was the best decision the truth is that no matter how tired I am it's hard for me to as late as well. Studying and working don't let my mind completely disconnect.
I had a phase where I was taking melatonin every night for a while and it did knock me up but I felt like I never played shittier the next day so I switch to magnesium which is so much more natural and doesn't mess up your circadian rhythm so I would recommend that if you're open to trying it best in my opinion because I did take melatonin for like 34 months and I think She's a lot better
