What's the worst advice you received while you're at a gym? For me personally, I remember I was doing barbell rows with a person because the gym was packed and we had to share the weight. And the guy said I got 100 in me, when I knew I didn't. And I ended up injuring my back. It was dumb advice to take anywhere I should have never listened to him. I haven't even fully recovered and this was a obstacle.
