I just made butter for the first time they didn't know it was so easy and I'm kind of embarrassed that I spent so many years buying it when I could've been making it home but basically all you do is you just need your heavy cream you can get it from the store I got my real heavy cream from a local farm and then you just put it in your blender or like a handmixer and you let it mix for like 10 to 15 minutes I let it mix for about 15 and then all you do is squeeze out the excess water if you just butter milk and soak it in cold ice bath for like two minutes so it takes out all the excess buttermilk and then you just store it away if you can add so you can add garlic to it and it came out so creamy you need to check it out
