Do you prefer going gym in the morning or the evening? For me personally I love going in the morning like it means it's out of the way. I can start my day on such a like a really high boost and yeah like it's just such motivation like listening to my track music and and get in my day right.

I feel like gym in the morning is way better because it helps you get ready for the rest of your day and gives you that motivation to keep pushing yourself through the day.

I agree with you. I feel like the main big barrier with going gym in the morning is literally just like the mentality to get out of bed I feel like once your clothes are on you actually working out. It's not bad

I am way more of a gym in the evening person. I want to be more of a gym in the morning person because my day is so much better when I work out in the morning but I just get way better workouts done in the evening.

It's so crazy because I would think in the evening like you're more tired from the day that you've had so you'll probably be a bit more sluggish but I do understand in terms of like if it's after working like your evening's free and you're like dedicated to gym you're probably gonna like spend time to actually doing a really good workout.

It's almost like I'm able to just give all my last bit of energy at the end of the day because I like no I'm not gonna need it but when I work out in the morning I get really nervous that like I'm gonna tire myself out too much and then will have to have the rest of the day till I go about I do stuff so yeah

Oh my gosh, that's actually so true because sometimes after a workout, you actually need a lie down like it's no joke.

Yeah I did a perfect world I prefer go in the morning I just feel like I'm also wake early and everyone else feels like so when I'm doing my work I just feel so much easier sadly sometimes I will do that just tell my life I will of course but the power board much further in the morning

Oh I love going in the morning I been going at 5 AM for the past two years now and honestly I wouldn't go out any other time like this that's my favorite and preferred time

Especially if you wake up early like you'll get around 2pm and it will feel like the evening because you've just done so much your day.

So true, but definitely working out in the evening, like right before bed, can disrupt your sleep. So if you're someone sensitive to sleep, then I wouldn't recommend, but overall, like, it's the same thing outside of those kind of factors.

Do you know I was before is that in the opposite are used to always go gym in the evening I can always go to the gym like around like 1011 at night Come back have a shower and it's just getting to bed it's all sorted as always felt so nice

I can't like gym in the evening especially like on a summer like evening and like if you live close to your gym and you're like walking home or just even the journey home in general from gym like in the evening where you're like cortisol is so low you just feel relaxed like 10 out of 10.
