What do you do as a cover in the gym or at home mum what I tend to do for a carvery is use resistance bands or do some yoga on some stretches at home I've asked to go to the gym most likely I'll probably do stretches as well as probably is in the back
Definitely meditation breathing exercises lots of stretching and like dumbbell work like I just use dumbbells to help and like a stretching but that's about it
At the moment for recovery I've been using my, I have like a massage gun so I've been using that. But also I sometimes go to like a sauna or a steam room and just have a little stretch in there. And if I can't do that, then I'll just foam all at home as well. So those are my free solar recovery options.
So right now I kind of do weight lifting about four days a week, three or four days a week, and then the other days I'll make sure I'm getting my cardio in. Right now I'm just kind of walking my dog and then doing a lot of like yoga and mobility too. So that's kind of my recovery. It works for me and I know other people have different things but that's what I found works the best for me.
