How do you handle not getting sick days as a parent? Today I feel like absolute crap and I'm a stay-at-home mom and I don't have any help while I'm doing that so I'm still having to do everything while feeling like death. And that's just so hard. How do you deal with it? How do you do it?

I cry. I'm currently sick and this is day two and my house is a disaster because I do not have the energy to clean it at all.
