Is it bad to me that we basically let our child on the house kind of like I don't know if you change your parenting but it's so hard so so hard to not lash out and freak out and like it makes it so hard because that's when she decides she wants to rule the house by being bad mom am I bad parent total parenting fucking sucks

I think people have to know what parenting style is for them and what is it for me I know for sure I am I'm not doing a gentle parenting around here because my kids don't react to you saying things nicely they will ask you be a very stern and mean

Yeah see that's why I don't channel parent just doesn't work for me I can't let my kids run around and do what they want because I only happening in my house I have to be strict and stern to get my point across it doesn't happen often but they know mommy playing when I have to get that way so being all sweet and gentle they run all over me they working for me doesn't work for me so gentle parenting stuff for me

The thing is it depends on the children some children don't need gentle parenting they only listen to one kind of language that is a little harsh and some are good enough to be what they get handled in the gentle parenting so it basically depends on the child that what kind of treatment he needs

Mental parenting does not work for us and he needs extra reassurance and Reminders that he lives we go through this and the consequences

I totally get this I wasn't raised like in a gentle parenting type like household so it's so hard mentally having to break the like roles that were used against us because somethings might seem fine to us because that's how we were raised but I just tell myself like in reality is like whatever I say to them actually going to teach them or just hurt them

Gentle parenting can work. It works best if you start it from the time they're very little and go on. If you're starting it from when they're older, it's going to take a long time before you actually see the results. So, you have to stick with it.

I'm so happy you said this because I had a gentle parent and add I don't know what I'm doing wrong with it my head I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't it's not working it's not working and I don't know what I don't know what to do
