So I was talking to one of my friends recently and they said that they can't fall asleep unless they're listening to some form of music like lo-fi or like just instrumentals. So I thought I'd bring the question here. Do you guys need music to fall asleep or can you fall asleep without anything?

No but I do need sounds to fall asleep so are you know if it's not like white noise or something White House me I use ASMR voices but I shall music carnivore and probably distract me a bit too much would wake me up
