I'm trying to figure out where is the black people in Seattle. I'd enrol the bus and took the train all up and down downtown Seattle. When I tell you the ratio is like one to five hundred and all the minority groups that I've seen have either been in Chinatown And that's it. I don't know where is the black people that I don't I just need to know where is the hood and I'm not saying as in a particular part of the neighborhood I'm saying And where do Black people congregate in Seattle? please and thank you.
