Instagram is running a beta test for an upgrade to their platform. They're using this new avenue called broadcast channels. Broadcast channels to me just feels like DMs on steroids. It's a way for you to connect with your followers through message, videos and voice. I don't necessarily think I need it, but maybe you do. So definitely test it out. If you have the opportunity to do so. If you're using it, How are you implementing it? Is it necessary? Do you find it to be productive? Or is this just DMs on steroids? like I thought.
Don't you think it's weird that the apps are veering towards thinking that more communication is what everyone wants when I don't think that's true but what's going to happen is they rule it right we will do what they deem Pushes us I don't know but I don't think people want to be more social with the people that follow them I don't I mean look at stereo
So we're so conditioned to be early adopters, be the first to do something, get in front of it before it becomes a trend. So as long as they keep throwing things out there, people will continue to try to be the first, even if it doesn't make sense for their personal development or ecosystem of which they're building their brand. It's crazy. I'm kind of over it, honestly. I love social media in a way, but then another way I totally do not connect with it.
