Do you guys have a preference and what kind of salt do you use for cooking because I recently found out the tablesaw is really bad for you so I only use Himalayan salt I don't personally see a difference because it's just salt to me but nutrient wise apparently it's better so I will not be using table salt in my cooking
Yeah Himalayan pink salt is basically all I've use for like the last 12 years since learning about it I like how it tastes I like that it's not too strong and all the minerals that it contains I really really like it and then when I've tried just regular table salt like if I don't have it on hand or I'm at a other person's house it's way too strong so yeah pink Himalayan salt is old I'll be using
So my parents randomly picked up the Himalayan pink salt one day a couple years ago and we've never looked back. And when I found out about the benefits, I was like, wow, this is even better.
Yup that's the only saw use clothes do you know so kill snails not playing but we don't fuck with that way so that's your day before the Himalaya salt for the players is from the Himalayas and wearing off I was so damn like that because you know that you can find a damper on things so we got a fuck about my way and when we get it sometimes I use and will have a lawyer cutting block and I just leave the Seminole tomorrow fuck am I cut that drain up in a season
Okay, what's the difference between like pink salt and the rector so because I've been here everybody's on my son Oh, I got pink. So I got brown salt. I got like green salt like what's the difference? Like the end of the day, aren't they all just the same thing? Or they like they like dry it out more so it tastes better. I don't really know If so, I probably gonna buy some but I ain't nobody
Yes so tablesaw is manufactured so usually table salt is like the white sauce that you just buy from any store and since it's made in a manufacturing facility it's stripped of all the natural minerals so all you're really consuming is straight sodium whereas Himalayan salt is usually like from Himalayas and it has over 84 minerals and so much better for you because it's not stripped of those nutrients
Yeah Himalayan salt as I feel better than tablesaw table sorts not really that good for you so I've been buying pink Himalayan salt from a local grocery supermarket but it's been good
Yeah I heard this as well but apparently it's because it's been over processed so I have been using pink Himalayan salt for a while but I always find the small ones right, the affordable ones that I can find. Actually I haven't actually found a big packet that you know you can cook with, you can boil your meat with, you can make a big soup with. So this week I found one in I think it's a Pakistani shop or Bangladesh shop, I forgot what the guy said, all the way from the Asian country and it was really really affordable. I'm so excited.
Honestly, my lion's salt is so so good. Before I tried it, I thought it was just gonna be normal salt but it's like so natural. You can see the difference between that and just like a table salt or whatever. But yeah, I have a user for cooking it though.
Wait, salt is deadly? Like it hurts you? Is it like as bad as like smoking a cigarette? Or is it like oh no I'm about to die? Who is having these problems? Salt was used to preserve food and is used in culinary arts since like I don't fucking know eternity and now it's a problem all of a sudden? Who lied to you? Is this true? what's going on?
I usually whatever salt is available typically but I do have pink Himalayan salt and I use it on certain occasions like I feel like I need to use it. My partner she uses it a lot and it works really well. I feel like it's a little saltier. So yeah it's always a good option.
