Do you prefer to work out in the morning afternoon or night I would say I prefer definitely afternoon I need at least one meal in my system before going to the gym so that I can maximize my performance but unfortunately 90% of the time I'm working out in the early morning because my work schedule leaves me no choice but to and you know it is what it is I still train cell failure which is all you need to do in order to gain muscle mass But yeah which one would you prefer let me know down below
