I feel like Saturday Night Live isn't talked about enough here on stereo or just in general. That show is amazing and it has great skits. So I was just kind of curious to see those people that do watch Saturday Night Live. What are some of your favorite skits? For me it's a knee-bolt cowbell. I have a fava. And also the one with Chris Farley basically saying that he lives in a van down by the river. So those are my two favorite Saturday Night Live skits. So what's yours?
Yeah SNL has been awesome for a while I owned a lot of like the best of compilations as a kid so my answers are gonna be heavily 90s-based I like the mall girls with like Chris Farley and Adam Sandler I like opera man weekend update a man there's so many to name it I love it
Yeah, I think in the 90s, SNL really started taking off, especially with like the newer comedians that are now considered old comedians, like David Spade and Adam Sandler. And during the 90s, I know Chris Farley had a big outbreak in terms of his career.
I'm always a fan of the weekend updates. Some kind of interesting fact or just hilarious situation or story comes up in those and they're just always good. updates are probably the best part of the entire episode.
The weekend updates have definitely grown and you're right they do add to tidbits of like history and and the current events, but they always put a fun spin on it and their jokes are really good. weekend updates.
Yeah man I've been saying this for a while people to sleep on SNL by SNL actually make some really good sketches even if everything is a funny a lot of stuff is funny and it's very it's very like hard to do every week in front of a live audience so I still watch it SNL like it's like religious for me so I know it really it really makes me ponder when people don't watch it
