Does anyone journal on like journal at night journal in the morning or just journal and in general I wanna know that it really helped harm I've been thinking about doing it like to start my morning and like I just don't even know where to begin maybe they have like guided journals that I can like get but yeah I just wanna know if anyone journals and kind of give me your experience if you do
I've tried to journal and I swear I get so out of focus with it that I just forget that I even do it. But I mean it's a nice concept, it really is, because you can look back on a date and be like, this is something new your kids did and just remembering all those memories as you get older. but yeah I can't keep up with it.
I got a dream journal and like sometimes I write poems because simplicity sake. I mean it's a lot easier to write down really complex and emotions and feelings in a little bit of a dippled apple than it is to like I don't know actually try and formulate a fucking sentence on how bad everything hurts internally. I didn't say that.
I definitely journal and it does help. I feel like it's so good to see your emotions down on paper and generally analyse how you feel because sometimes you realise emotions you think you're feeling are probably not that deep when you look at them on a piece of paper.
I mean I yes I love journalling I am more of a morning journalling person I would say and I don't really like I guess I would say I like word vomit my brain out just to like get things off of my mind to get like more of a clear head I do it to let it just kind of be at like brain dump I guess you could say none of it ever really means makes sense and I never really go back to reread it
