In the spirit of trying to grow and progress, I have a question for you guys. Have you ever pondered this? What's been your most difficult thing to forgive? Was it an action of somebody else or was it yourself?
I would say myself because I've been through a lot of things and suffered a lot of trauma at the hands of other people. But it's hard for me to forgive myself because the type of woman that I am, I always...
So on a spiritual tip, I think it's because our soul is eternal. So a lot of times we're feeling like, you know what I mean? We should know more because of our soul, but we're just living a human experience with our body, so our soul makes us feel like we should have known to avoid the situation.
I always beat myself up and, you know, call myself stupid, say I can't believe I let this person do this to me. I can't believe I let this happen. You know, it's always harder to forgive yourself than someone else.
Um, I would say crimes against myself or 100 Alex, thank you for asking. And the crime was not cussing these motherfuckers out. No, I'm kidding. But no, that might have been a crime too.
I'm gonna lie to you Sonya, I love that you said that because that's one of my issues. Like after I'm done with a situation, I had like a bad situation where somebody does something really horrible to me. I don't tell them everything I want to say and I be so mad later on I come back like man I should have said that.
