Okay, so I'm trying really hard to lose weight since I've got pregnant. I've just gained weight and even after the birth I haven't lost much as I was supposed to. So I've tried a lot. I'm doing workouts. I try to control my diet but as I'm breastfeeding my baby so it's very hard to manage to not you know eat the things that I am supposed to be away from but I try my best but is there any other thing or remedy that I can try on myself to make me lose weight I've heard about these pills that they give to diabetes patients and people are using them and they are losing a lot of weight so I've forgotten about the name of that pills that they take but up to you think that these things are gonna work or whatever works for you please drop down your soundbites so I can figure out something for myself because working out and stuff is you know at the moment it's not doing much good to me so I need some remedy to lose some weight.
So are used to be a health coach and personal trainer and first of all while you're breast-feeding I really would not use any pills second of all you really just want to work on finding a balance for yourself and that includes eating foods that are supposed to be "unhealthy but in moderation so if you don't restrict them from yourself like in your mind then you won't crave them as much and you probably won't eat as much when you do so if you just find your favorite things and sprinkle them in throughout
Instead of like restricting them completely you probably won't want them as much if you want to listen to my podcast it's all about finding balance to get results I'm not health coach anymore so I'm not trying to sell anything it's called the wellness plan by Jessica Laney anyway it has all everything I want to say to you is in that podcast
Hi Jesse I would love to hear to your podcast please give me the link to it or tell me the full name correctly with the correct spellings I want to listen to it it might be helpful for me and my weight loss journey
I think definitely refrain from using pills and stuff like that or anything along those lines I would suggest downloading the app my fitness pal and I will tell you how much calories you should be eating in relation to how much you wanna lose in terms of weight and then yeah just try as much as you can to work out from the day or just keep active over us going on a walk or you know just do things in and around the house to keep you active
Hey Manny I try my best to keep myself active I go out for walks workouts and all the time I'm just running off to make but still I think a reducing weight like this is not the answer you need to have a perfect diet and keep a balanced diet is the key actually and that's very hard to do when you have a kid and you know managing your meals and Managing abortions because
So I've lost weight and I've gained weight a lot I'm a big girl but not like Robbie big butt anyways increase your water don't drink soda eat anything you want to see a little bit a little bit of the food like that's all you Gotta do eat anything want just minimize it that's all and increase what you do throughout the day just be a little active Fina
Learn this was really helpful because someone else has told me to that just try eating in portions so what I do is normally that I eat everything at once but I do wrong so I think I need to cut down on money meals and that's gonna help
You're probably talking about Met Forman I had to take that for a completely different reason not diabetes but it's a really hard on your body and on your system some people can't even quite handle it and so if there's no other reason then just to lose weight I don't know if that would be they were recommended route to go I have lost about
60 pounds in the last year and a half I'd say which is a good amount of weight to lose but it's not a lot of weight to lose in that amount of time so I didn't lose it super quickly I really just changed what I ate and I consistently ate kind of the same thing and healthy for you know I still am so I probably will lose more but I'm just consistency and I didn't start working out or anything
But I was quite a bit overweight too so if you're not very overweight you know you may not lose as much weight without working out and all of that though I am not an expert I am just sharing my personal experience so good luck with it it's not an easy thing
Hi Lisa, thanks for your advice. Well, I wasn't looking for expert advice. I wanted to see what people are doing and what works. So, because I'm a stay at home mom and I hardly have time to go out and do workouts in the gym. So thanks again. Yeah, I try my best to be consistent.
I'm better thing is that on the extraordinary weed that I gained from pregnancy I have lost that but now I need to get back into the perfect like the shape I was before pregnancy so it's not like that much but yeah I have to still lose it off and it's really hard and I'm trying my best to not eat much junk and avoid all the sugar things but still I don't know
I know basically I was talking about this medicine called big movie I think it's pronounced like this your big week so I've heard that a lot of celebrities have been taking it out and has been very popular on TikTok so people use it and they do lose weight but everything has its consequences so I'm just scared about that so that's why I'm not taking it
I'm in the same boat trying to lose about 50 pounds I'd be happy with 20 am I am using my fitness pal to track calories and protein mainly to make sure I get enough protein in and then using my Apple Watch to track my steps and make sure they can increase it every day and get some strength training in I don't know if you can go to the gym but here we have the YMCA
Well I would love to go to gym but what you just heard this is the reason why I cannot go to gym so I have to be at home so I try to follow the YouTube exercises at home and that's the maximum I can do.
