So far these costumes in the new Barbie movie do not disappoint and that's one of many things that makes me so excited for this film because the costume design is going to be like super amazing like if it's amazing with what we see right now it's going to be off the charts and we knew this early on when we saw like the a cannon shots by paparazzi of the film said when they were filming the movie but the like little pink kind of western outfit she wore and then there was the one with the roller blading outfit which is super cool and based off of a note actual Barbie pattern for the Barbie sport wear in the 90s well a lot of these clothes are modeled after a classic Barbie outfits So I'm just really excited about it and honestly I'm gonna tell you right now they're gonna be up for an Oscar for costume design like I know that movies like this that are more comedic and colorful and fun and pretty and hilarious don't get nominated for Oscars because Oscars are stuffy you know which I disagree with I just think that the Eyebrow idea in the art and film world is just stupid to begin with but but what am I saying but anyway besides that if for Oscar nominations like costumes you have a better chance for that when you're a film it doesn't usually fit the mold of the Oscars so I'm really like hoping that they get the nomination and I really do believe that they have a big chance of getting the nomination and a pretty good chance of winning So yeah I've got my fingers crossed I'm so excited

I'm with you on this. I was never a Barbie fan, so I didn't have any feeling about this coming out one way or the other but I'm kind of starting to buy into the hype a little bit and then I think I mentioned either on yours or Hez's page that This galley follow is stunt double in the movie. So now I want to watch it to just see her roller skating I didn't know there was skating scenes But I never really get hyped about movies, but you know what? I think I'm gonna watch this one.
