So if you want to sleep do you prefer to listen to some kind of music or just like watch movies or TV shows Very personally like if all I just can't sleep I prefer to watch movies or some kind of YouTube videos Yeah.

I prefer to listen to music just because if I keep watching movies and TV shows, I'm going to continue watching movies and TV shows. So I could just listen to music, to calm down, relax, and then fall asleep.

Obviously watch TV and TV shows I watch like shameless when I'm on my way to sleep like I should just watch that I said those off and in the morning after wake up and like oh my God I'm on season am I season already and I have to go back the music is just getting too hyped up and I can give some dope means like I can't sleep

I just can't listen to music when I sleep or watching films is still an issue too I guess. But when I'm listening to music I like to wear headphones, it's just uncomfortable to sleep with so I'd have to go for watching films.

Definitely watching a show or movie I like I can just literally fall asleep instantly doing that rather than listening to music music kind of gets me going in the mood are you know
