Why was anime so uncool in the past? Because I'm generally remembering when I was in secondary school, I loved anime and I'd read comic books and I really enjoyed that type of stuff. But I would lie to my friends and not tell them this is type of stuff I enjoy because it was just, overall just seen as just weird and not something to brag about. versus now obviously everyone loves it and everyone's open about it but I just honestly I don't understand why like in the past that was just something to be hidden and not be proud of. Like, I just don't get it.

Honestly, I have no idea. I uh, I know what you're talking about though. Um, it tends to be like something interesting or quirky is, is um, not the norm for people and then they, you know, judge it but then it eventually becomes a mainstream thing. Uh, I'm grateful that the schools that I went to as a kid. A lot of the people my age really loved anime so I never had that issue. but yeah.
