I do weighted exercises and some HIIT. It's really great cardio in a mix of strength training. And I would do some cardio, nothing too intense, like make sure the weights aren't too heavy as you're starting and then go build your strength and endurance from there.
yeah for beginners if you're training in different muscle groups then I would probably try use the machines that are provided at the gym and just start lightweight you know see how you get on get familiar with it and then maybe start watching other you know perhaps YouTube videos I usually just watch people as well to be honest like if I see somebody doing a good what why I I think it's a good workout. I try to implement my own workout as well.
I think just a machine snow stick to the wall movement machines in the gym if your gym as machine stick to them in other ones are like one motion and I need to get more confident in progress to 3 weeks
Thank you guys so much I appreciate that advice I'm definitely going to do it and I weighed myself yesterday I lost a pound Only thing I was doing is walking on my 15 minutes breaks for work and my lunchtime so I guess in total I'd be like an hour a day because 15's in the morning 30 minute lunch 15 minutes before I go home but I'm definitely going to do that
