There's really too many to choose from. Gargoyles was great. Gony Bears was great. Most of the Disney cartoons had great theme songs to be honest. It's really really hard. Off the top I want to say Backrowing Duck but like... No, no! Animaniacs. Yep. Animaniacs. I'd say Animaniacs had the best opening theme.
