All right, my little gym rats out there. What's your favorite body part to work out at the gym? Is it legs, chest, thighs, back, shoulders? All of the above, what do you say?
My toenails. You know how you do it? The workout is called curb stomping, a three-month-old child. It's hard, it's hard to master, but I've mastered it.
So right now, and it's surprising the heck out of me, is I'm really enjoying training core and doing a lot of functional core training. But besides that, it's a tie between legs and back. I'm going to tie between those two.
