I personally am a big fan of the dick curls I just wrap my dick around the dumbbell and I just start flex and I get this leg about 200 reps in through each setting I do about five sets every day
Hi everybody I like to work out in the gym by using the treadmill so basically just get on it and start walking on it like a little hamster is the funnest part of being at the gym and the easiest work out I love walking and running I love cardio
