Happy mindset Monday mama and on this Monday we are gonna talk about gratitude I know we talked about gratitude last Monday and how we implemented in our mundane task like doing dishes and doing laundry but this Monday I want to talk about how we can implement gratitude through movement of our body because it's important for us moms to fill up our own cup so that way we have something to pour out into others and I'm gonna share a little bit more of how I do that below
I love this. I definitely need to start implementing movement into my everyday routine. I'm always just like go, go, go. That I don't make time for myself and I definitely don't make time for movement as much as I should. I want to start going to the gym but even that, like it takes a lot of dedication. So yeah, I'm definitely working on moving my body and I I would love to incorporate my kids into.
into making time for movement to age. They love jumping and running in place and they love just moving around and just being kids. That is something that we might start doing together. Thank you.
I used to go to the gym a lot will not a lot more frequently than I do now but we stopped doing our membership because it was like the winter time but we went to the YMCA and they do childcare for two hours for free so as long as you're like in the gym they have like this child's caring that the watch your kids well you're like in the gym and I know like some people are like if you about it but do you know checking out the area near you and seeing if it's like best for you cause I loved when we went to the Y
So this Monday around two o'clock I started indulging in some drinkage and I pillaged the pool. I left the pool hammered, looked at bitches asses like my Monday is going great mama. Like I don't understand the gratitude is insane today. like pillaging is at its top finest and I couldn't think of a better way to spend my Monday because Because honestly, I'm so bricked and it's crazy.
I freaking love this. I always see you so late in the week and I don't get why I always see everyone's stuff so late, but I I love this. I'm gonna be looking out for this every Monday from you
One way that I like to implement gratitude through movement is by doing yoga in the morning and if I don't have time to do yoga in the morning or if I'm not up before my son I do like to get a good stretching in and he is three years old so now he's able to mimic me stretching and I love that I can just show him that moving our bodies in the morning is a great way to just show love for her self and get ready for the Day
Amazing thing about gratitude is that it can be expressed in so many different ways from walking running jogging dancing wiggling honestly us as moms we have to find so many different ways to get creative and to show our kids how to love themselves and be themselves and gratitude through movement is definitely one of the easiest ways and funnest ways for me to teach my son self love
It's OK I always reply later in the week so we're honestly on the same track here now that I think about it because yeah yeah yeah earlier today yeah we're on the same track it's OK I get replying late I feel like I don't reply enough back till like after I post and I get more on top of that
