I'm currently on day 14 of 75 Solve Challenge, which is 75 days straight of 45 minute workouts, 10 pages of a look a day, 3 liters of water, and basically eating clean and only drinking in social situations and I'm not that social. So basically no alcohol. I'm gonna tell you initially it kind of sucked but now it's not so bad and the question is do you or could you see yourself working out every day for 75 days? Let me know.
So I want to brag but I work out every day now so I love you but that's cool do you notice any difference in your body function like your eyes your hair and your taste your sense of smell give me a motor skills or anything like that
I noticed that I'm no longer forcing myself to do it and it's just like you know what time it is. It's like, alright, I do know what time it is. I'm going, you know?
Alright, alright, but I got a question before that. Have you been, you know what? I'm gonna pose this as a question. Have you been using your new tool? You know what's wrong with talking about.
What are you talking about mentally working out can you can't physically work out every day you have that the muscles rest to grow so no I can't do that first one
Well I'm currently online well first off I would like to congratulate you on your little progress that you know I'm right now I'm currently going through a little phase where I'm trying to stay consistent with my Manaloto workout routines and stuff like that I'm just trying to better myself as a person I'm drinking a lot more
Are usually take breaks like I'll do five days and maybe today break one day break Yeah but I commend you I think that I am I'm pretty fit but I do think those brakes do you help just help you get your second breath but then it's all in the mind you know it's all in the mind it's on the mindset so keep moving forward
