So I'd be really interested to know how you get your kids to eat fruit and vegetables if they struggle to eat it do you mash it up in the food do you hide it or do they just straight up eat fruit and vegetables and love it
You shut down the damn troops make sure they eat it before they leave the damn table and they're up to touch the heat on a fool that's why didn't happen to do
Okay no problem I had me in stitches this of it down this route my daughter is absolutely does a fruit and veg but my son on another him he eats everything but rows on the floor Y
Okay make it into a smoothie is a really good idea because my friend is everything in any cream but when it comes to vegetables I'm on the floor which really annoys me so I'm definitely
I'll try to hide it in foods but man is it difficult sometimes especially because my son is 2 1/2 and he is my pickiest eater ever like so picky he refuses to try new foods
So this actually does sound like a really good idea I never actually thought I said and vegetables and fruit down so I might have to give that one a go and see how we go
And my son who is 18 months is actually really good for fruit and veg but for some reason vegetables go on the floor they don't go in his mouth they go on the floor so I'm gonna have to
Fruit's are a lot easier to get them to eat. My oldest one does like broccoli, but I did see a recipe where they blended like peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes to make a sauce, like a pasta sauce. So I'm going to try that with the kids.
So my sons always love fruits some vegetables to Byam if he really doesn't wanna eat them like we're just say remember eat your vegetables makes you stronger you know and he'll eat them usually
I either like to put it in with what they're eating like mush it up, blend it up, however you gotta do it to get it into the food that they already like, or I also like to just leave it on their plate as an option see if they kind of play around with it and try.
